The way we currently release to PyPi is sh*t, but we plan to fix that soon. Meanwhile, you can add a nice and ugly -e git+https://gitlab.com/lama-corp/graphalama.git@dev#egg=graphalama to your project's requirements.txt. Promise we will fix this!
